Man fires gun, kills himself outside Chinese consulate in LA

A man, who is yet to be identified, shot himself dead after firing gunshots at the Chinese consulate in LA's Filipinotown at 6:00 a.m. local time Tuesday.

The man fired 18 shots outside the building but there are no reports of any injuries.

The Los Angels police has stepped in and an investigation is underway.
