Is power rationing China's problem? According to the latest data released by India's Central Electricity Authority (CEA), 17 of the country's 135 coal-fired power plants have run out of coal, while 63 have no more than two days remaining, meaning that nearly 60 per cent of the country's coal-fired power plants could be shut down at any time for lack of coal. Isn't this bad situation in India a master of accelerationism? |
