An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.

Job Description:% ]% N0 z7 l+ d: ?( o" P1 L6 @
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews, e5 B% O3 |. A& s
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
, s+ [) Y; `6 u y/ u& y• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
6 A. U6 j- ^( ^% S& @• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system: m) w- y/ n+ y5 b/ H j
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files. }* ~* c) w2 z2 L9 j8 H
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
" Y+ {1 l8 Z* U& u. k' r2 V* r( ?• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues7 M7 x7 Y9 n. [: U6 E: T
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA4 |! [; \' Q; s: M3 a: O, E; G
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.+ {- |9 b6 } _' L
• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role2 {. f' N2 y+ ~( q a) d# h
, I" [5 C5 O# @% b5 QRequirements:
0 {" U; K; u5 A5 a• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification: r, }& j7 u' X
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous : ?6 i& \. k; Z3 K: k
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice: W: u8 ^. o. g! ]1 Q+ [1 J& O y4 t
• HR administration experience
& ] p( H) I, V5 Z3 J# ~: A• Good communication and organisation skills
8 z a3 u; x5 x6 c• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment6 _2 y6 s' {6 E& r% b6 ~
• Language skills in both English and Chinese ' }. g) \* s' N
5 K8 p. H7 c5 G' v- u! T3 _( [) _
Working time:6 S) X2 }4 {$ q& H5 q7 f8 m( n
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
