•        Based on your social-network, using various marketing methods promote company’s projects in estate management, English learning courses, golf tour, whisky tour, family and students summer camp tour etc.

2 n) D$ ~8 Y( e; e; y" ]•        Retain the existing customers and development new customers.
: F4 |+ N! k% q& E! I3 _5 Q; Z•        Liaise with colleagues to determine the range of services to be sold, contribute to the development of sales strategies and targets.
) k/ t9 ?, P9 J3 {+ L& w& W9 g•        Discuss client’s requirements, and work with marketing team to achieve every single case.
Working place：Edinburgh, UK.

•        Sales/business development experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, particularly both in UK and China
•        Exemplary customer service and selling skills
•        In depth understanding of Asia-pacific market trends and the ability to manage the change
( H7 ^. z* Y4 k8 K3 f•        Wide social network, familiar with the major marketing channels, and have the ability to promote company’s projects
  J1 C  F) n; U# c4 W. E•        Self-sufficiency in IT including E-mail
& {" f% S% I( b. v+ k) J9 n1 s•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
(The above is preferable but not essential, candidates without the above experience and skills but with wide social network and extensive background will be considered as well. )
Employment process：
0 J7 c# I' `0 ?) w) X' P! t. M6 WSuccessful candidates after interview will have a formal contract with UUCL. The probationary period is 3-6 months (depending on your working performance). During the probationary period, as soon as you meet the performance standard, a CoS number will be allocated for candidates if they require a UK Tier 2 Visa
Salary：

•        After probationary period, the salary is: Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus,
•        Annual total Salary range: from 13,300 to £25,000
