; P) p% R3 d: D8 S) g2 \/ W7 O: tAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.
  C0 T) H  b( B/ \- {! {3 b4 E# ?" U0 P1 W4 h  g
Job Description:
2 `  B% S: q5 \/ B• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews" S/ F9 O. ?/ r/ l- q7 z
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
; W% P0 f7 ]9 L6 C' N& q$ ~3 a• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
2 o1 V9 q' K# y6 L) k, J! Z1 ?• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system& b$ X1 x) E+ @0 o
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
/ G6 |0 R% q/ D1 l: l• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll2 T: M; V2 ^$ h8 B5 R8 N
• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues( s1 X5 v' Z- I; T2 Z
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA( o% I% o1 c8 z7 r6 y
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time., n& F  k9 B. D- M
• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role" L; \2 R' V6 n4 l2 B! x

Requirements:
; F/ h5 C( O# ^0 `# n) T$ {• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
9 ]- {7 k9 k" V- ]* P• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous % r( y3 p3 V  j7 V% p$ s; Q5 s
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
& F9 k& U9 m' }4 O5 O( R• HR administration experience
$ N- H- k( L" j, ]9 N• Good communication and organisation skills
/ q( e- S& L4 c6 ]" }* n• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
. C! r9 c) F7 t5 m6 T• Language skills in both English and Chinese * S5 V  k, j# y( |% y# O  t+ T4 a

) W9 \) a) d" l2 rWorking time:
3 ~& T% L/ N# A1 f. r44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm  R. T" F& y% g! P: P
