An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Private Investment Management Company Elaine Investment Management Limited manages several properties here in the UK and in China, ranging from residential, commercial and office buildings. We are looking for an IT Support to join the company.

1 o# ^, g/ [7 d) r) |To be considered, you must have:
- At least one year's support or helpdesk experience gained within the IT industry
Some experience of troubleshooting MS Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, Windows XP, 7 and 8 and USB and network printers

Patient and helpful, as an IT Support Technician, you must be an excellent communicator, with a strong command of English, good problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
