& p3 R' E0 A3 t/ wThis is a part-time (4 hours a day, 4 days a week) assistant director role in our start-up.

ABOUT US

We are a start-up with three projects related with elderly people:

They are freight service, training & online commercial platform (www.meconsulting.me): a young company with strong support team behind to help commercial and business to find out more chance to win the deal.

+ N: Z' ?* w/ _( a" r8 l1 SWe’re looking for a candidate to join us starting this summer (ASAP) working in our beautiful London office in Somerset House in a co-working space with 10 other young tech/social start-ups.

THE JOB

# R7 W- p3 p: x, k7 J' j# zWe need an assistant director with excellent communications skills, working along side the project founders, calling our partners and distributors, tracking the progress in a CRM and organising appointments.

Key responsibilities:

6 \; Y# m1 B5 r0 `! B5 N1 g* B% z- Keep the contact with news collaborators by phone and email.
; a5 E" }2 R+ s3 H6 u- Keep the agenda of meetings
9 y8 W0 ~9 N2 J; H" V; F! G- Create content for the web site, documents, reports, blog, etc
: r1 o, p3 l8 P2 E3 S- Find for new collaborators for the projects contacting by email and phone.

8 X. l( y7 u- j* o1 d- \1 z% DYou will have the opportunity to learn and be involved in all we are learning in the program attending workshops, conferences and meetings and help us to shape a growing business through your own input!

$ L& H: P" m% Z, JGraduated in creative writing, marketing, business or others graduates or English teachers as foreigner language will be welcome.

- Ability to adapt and change
- Must have a positive outlook
- Computer literate

- Asia, China knowledge will be welcome
