An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef of Chinese Cuisine to lead a passionate team in the kitchen of our fabulous Modern Chinese restaurant within the 4* deluxe Crowne Plaza London - The City located in the financial centre of London.

Crowne Plaza London --The City is a modern and stylish hotel, within easy access of some of the city\'s most famous tourist attractions and West End theatres. Our new-concept destination Chinese restaurant will offer authentic Chinese cuisine with a contemporary twist. We will rejuvenate popular Sichuan dishes with the infusions of traditional spices, blending in the energy of our innovative food & beverage team.

To succeed, you should have a proven record of excellence in cooking Sichuan or Cantonese cuisines. We would welcome your philosophy and unique understanding of Chinese food.
