风险控制部审核员职能为协助MLRO （反洗钱报告官)，并通过确保公司完全符合英国的反洗钱和反恐怖融资法规来支持更广泛的业务框架角色期望包括但不限于：

& I( y1 h6 u2 e+ G8 S7 o; W•        确保对所有成员或潜在成员进行准确和及时的相关筛选，包括了解您的客户（KYC），客户尽职调查（CDD），增强尽职调查（EDD）和资金来源（SoF）信息;
8 o; C* K. h  p- U  T•        根据公司的内部政策确保程序维护以及按时更新电子文件和最新记录;
( {9 P, ]0 D' z. @•        定期审查高风险个人并向MLRO报告相关高风险信息;
0 r$ m) g# s0 p- Z! i: u1 V! k•        与外部利益相关者进行联络和协调，在适当情况下获取信息;
- V+ v( q* N0 [& D0 C$ T; G  S•        定期根据总经理按照总经理指示或MLRO的要求进行审核和汇报;
•        熟悉风险控制部门的所有流程;和

An opportunity to work at one of the most prestigious Mayfair Private Members Club as their Compliance and Research Officer is now available.

! K, D1 B+ I+ S8 R, F  Z& b8 vThe Compliance and Research Officer role, positioned within the Compliance Team, assists the Nominated Officer (Money Laundering and Reporting Officer (MLRO) and supports the broader business by ensuring the company is fully compliant with the UK Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing regulatory framework. Role expectations include, but are not limited to:
7 P0 J* S6 ^2 B. M' F•        Ensuring relevant screening is conducted on all members and potential members in an accurate and timely manner, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Source of Funds (SoF) information;
7 f* ?2 g2 i) r& e5 R•        Maintaining electronic files and up to date records as per the company’s internal policies and procedures;
' X  O0 l2 _5 w. O6 c0 ~' _0 _•        Regularly reviewing high risk individuals and report relevant high risk information to the MLRO;
0 u8 L! y/ L9 _2 J0 m$ d: B! R•        Liaising and coordinating with external stakeholders to obtain information where appropriate;
•        Auditing and reporting on a regular basis and as per request by the General Manager Compliance and Integrity and/or the MLRO;
. i0 U0 M7 L" j* n! v( e( z& M•        Familiarity with all processes within the Compliance department; and
•        Actively assisting all internal stakeholders as appropriate.

•        Language requirements:
Spoken: Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
* t0 {. D( g* B6 jWritten: Fluent in English and Simplified Chinese
Optional: Ability to read and write Traditional Chinese. Cantonese speaking

•        ability to work autonomously
2 s$ \/ y3 M7 Y: l, y•        ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•        ability to obtain and maintain a UK Personal Function Licence
