An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.

! @! n+ `6 s- I8 b' m! I3 X9 z' f• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews" e5 u# u1 E; c3 G" u4 o
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
9 I" h. I2 t4 ~# {- r; A• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines- M. `: S% s V+ }. {. L
• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system+ M) b% i8 S. W. u
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
" p4 W: U& `, f. B; E! L* [$ u# S• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll0 Y D! U* k; h& G6 }
• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues- V b x. p! O6 A6 R( d
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA0 i1 z7 g1 d8 I
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.1 Z. l7 _2 S# Y7 s3 R# _9 y
• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role! G7 @, q% H& w5 S

• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
6 y% Q7 M& F0 g9 u4 \5 p, `• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous * Z9 w: z1 r8 r5 s
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice2 a$ n" `# s/ O; j
• HR administration experience
" L0 \2 C- u; Y/ ^• Good communication and organisation skills! s. S% O$ k) G) V1 H9 B/ ?
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
. n0 ~( h& S( [' B: _# A& _: z• Language skills in both English and Chinese 9 k4 e9 T" p; Z$ ?0 ~& O8 f

Working time:2 j2 h2 C, H0 z4 J8 A+ g- B' \% w! E
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm3 ^: _6 U7 q Z0 z2 T

• Permanent contract
