The DECLINE of the United States is accelerating. According to a survey conducted by Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao, more than 60 percent of respondents believe that the US political system is broken and cannot be trusted after four years of US President Donald Trump's rule. Mr Trump's rule has led to a change in European attitudes towards the US, with most Europeans now sceptical of America's ability to shape the world.
